This brand new and trendy property is ideal for your weekend in Paris or any longer stay. Contemporary designed and comfortable, this apartment was decorated by Jean-Marc, our in-house architect.

Location : The location of our flats in Paris is our priority. This apartment is situated in the area of Marais/Bastille, two steps away from a pedestrian street, one of the oldest in Paris. Rue de Lappe where you'll find a lot of bars and discos such as "Le Balajo","Havanita Cafe" and much more. Concerning cultural events, you will be able to see Ballet at Opera Bastille, only a couple of streets away, or see the Music Festival (21st of June) and fireworks night (14th July) at the famous Place de la Bastille (former location of an infamous prison seized during the French Revolution). There are also a lot of new designer shops nearby, to bring back original souvenirs you will not find in tourist shops. Supermarkets, pharmacy, cheese and wine shops are spread out on rue Roquette, the main street which come from Bastille.

Atmosphere/ Ambiance This modern property is inspired by Pop Art lamps; seats are typical from the "Cool Seventies" with of course all the convenience of the 21st century! We are offering a studio and this one bedroom apartment in the same building, on the same floor.

The flat is roughly 45 square meters as is the studio and set out as follows:
A large living and dining area with TV (international channels), broadband internet access, a comfortable pull-out sofa and a dining table with 4 chairs. On your right a brand new separated kitchen with modern appliances, fridge, microwave and washing machine/dryer. The spacious bedroom is equipped with a large bed, mirrors and the bathroom with shower. The floors are made of polished Oak parquet, which give a warm glow to the rooms.
